For Individual Registration:
Course registration fee must be received prior to scheduled class to confirm student's enrollment. Course registration is refundable, with a written request, up to 7 days prior to scheduled class. A $10.00 cancellation fee will apply. We cannot hold your place in class without payment. If making payment by check or money order, please mail payment and allow time for payment to reach our office and for the check to clear. Student confirmation for check/money order will be mailed or emailed once payment has cleared the bank. Checks are subject to a $25.00 bank fee. Course fees are non-refundable if written cancellation request is not received prior to 7 days of training or if student does not attend scheduled training. Course fee may be transferable to another person or training date if request is received 7 days prior to scheduled class, a $10.00 fee will be applied.
For Group Registration:
For corporate group training of 10 or more employees a Purchase Order, Credit Card or Contract must be received prior to scheduled training to secure training date and time. ICE Safety Solutions will Bill Upon Confirmation. Company will be billed for the number of students confirmed 7 days prior to training. If the number of students in attendance exceeds the number confirmed, client will be billed for the additional students.
