Description

If your organization conducts CPR/First Aid routinely or if your group has time constraints and the employees merely need to "brush up" on skills, this training will be great for them.

In addition to reviewing the steps to take for rescue breathing, choking management and CPR, the training will also focus on illness and injuries that are prevalent on your worksite. These could include how to care for someone who has suffered a potential concussion, amputated a finger or is suffering from a diabetic emergency or asthma attack. Special attention will focus on the more subtle signs of a heart attack and stroke, as oppossed to the "text book" symptoms. How would a co-worker actually describe the symptoms?

Whether your group is a construction company, manufacturing company, biotechnology or a group of coaches, our goal is to refresh skills on First Aid topics that would be the most relevant for your team. Since this will be a refresher for the group, we will conduct the training through mock-scenarios and drills as opposed to lecture to ensure long-term retention of skills taught.
