Description

The key to our Floor Warden building evacuation training program is to simulate the anxiety and high emotions which are brought to light during an actual emergency and reverse these emotions into empowerment and self-confidence. This is delivered by creating interactive games, role play scenarios and mini drills with our modular training sessions. Each activity is developed to teach Floor Wardens to tap into their natural instincts with good emergency recovery techniques utilized by Emergency Medical Responders. The combination of activities establishes a foundation of success and teamwork among Floor Wardens, Building Engineers, Building Occupants and Emergency Medical Services.
