To use the instant ice pack simply locate the inner liquid bag and squeeze firmly to rupture. Shake contents of the instant cold pack to activate. Ice pack can be wrapped in a thin cloth, and then applied to injured area. This ice pack comes boxed to fit into your First Aid Kit or First Aid Trauma Bag.
