Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) Training

The training simulates a myriad of typical problems such as various valve leaks, punctures, cracks, drum problems, etc.

While repairing the problems students will be sprayed with a nontoxic, nonstaining tracer that will show up if the decontamination sequence is not properly executed. Combining lecture, practice and application of principles, the class creates a fun and challenging hands-on training experience. Students will also participate in Hazmat Materials Jeopardy. Hazmat Jeopardy is a fun game providing a phenomenal tool for learning and review. This also helps instructors to refocus on materials that are not grasped the first time.

We can train for three levels of responders I)First responder Awareness level II) First Responders Operations Level III) Hazardous Materials Technician.
