Post-Incident Debrief
The trainers at ICE Safety Solutions are committed to our students and our clients. We want to know when anyone in any training we have conducted utilizes the skills from the training courses. We encourage everyone to contact us immediately following an incident to discuss what happened, the logisitics, feelings and emotions. If the rescuers performed CPR or utilized the company's AED we will immediately come out to the client's site to discuss the event with those involved and those who witnessed the event FREE OF CHARGE! We will assist the client with data management of the AED as well as replacing used pads and miscellaneous equipment.
