3) What brand of respirator is your company currently using?

4) Would you like ICE Safety Solutions to make a mask recommendation during the fit test?
If Yes: $19.00-$35.00 per mask


If your company has masks, then a special adapter needs to be used during the fit test.
No extra fee.

5) Have the employees had the respirator training in the past?
If yes, date of last training and reason/hazard/chemical employer was protecting against?

If Yes: Fit Testing: $60.00

Classroom-2 hour training
Fit Testing 2 hours

6) Have the employees been cleared by an occupational medical provider?

Before wearing a respirator, each employee must pass a respiratory exam. This can be scheduled through your occupational clinic. It is strongly recommended this be completed PRIOR to the fit testing.


$400.00 for 1-5 employees
$750.00 for 1-10 employees
$1000.00 for 1-15 employees
